Type in the name you want to use to register the current settings and click
OK.

Click the Close button to return to the Print dialog box.
To retrieve registered settings for another print job

In the Print dialog box, click the Apply button.

Click the name of the registered settings that you want to use and click the
Import button.

Click the Close button to return to the Print dialog box.
Click the OK button to start the print job with the imported settings.
