I CHARGE/ERROR light is orange
The orange CHARGE/ERROR light comes on, the printer beeps, and the printer does not
operate.
The printer will beep when an error occurs and the orange CHARGE/ERROR light will
come on or flash to let you know when and what type of error has occurred. You may need
to turn the printer off and turn it on again in order to identify the problem.

Paper not set in feed slot
correctly
Paper jam
BJ cartridge not installed Install a BJ cartridge correctly.
Correct BJ cartridge not

Remove the paper from the feed slot and load it correctly.
Remove the paper jam.
Replace with a correct BJ cartridge.
Install the battery pack.
Charge the battery as soon as possible.
