Using Balloon Help

If you want more information about an option displayed in a dialog box, turn on Balloon
Help. With Balloon Help turned on, every time you point to an item on the screen a brief
description of the item appears in a small balloon.

Select Show Balloons from the Help menu.

Display the printer driver screens (such as the Page Setup dialog box or the
Print dialog box).

Position the cursor over the item for which you want to display an
explanation. An explanation of the item is displayed.
Note To switch off balloon help, select Hide Balloons from the Help menu.
