3. Memorising user codes locally
Interface
- Move jumper J1 on the interface to position 1 then press P1 twice and hold down for at least 2 seconds.
- Buzzer B1 will beep and during the procedure led L1 will flash slowly.
- The user code memorisation procedure will be activated with a time maximum of 30 seconds.
Keypad function
- Type the code to memorise into the keypad (max. 6 digits) and press confirm " ".
The keypad will sound a two-second long beep with the green led lit. The code has been accepted.
- Within 13 seconds of confirming the code press one or more functions A-B-C-D in sequence (e.g. A-C).
- Press " " and the interface will give confirmation by sounding a beep.
- The code was accepted and the functions assigned.
Transponder reader function
- On the interface, move the dips of 'S1' to 'ON' depending on the channel function you wish to assign to the new transponder tag/card.
- It is only possible to assign 1 channel function to a transponder tag/card.
- Move the tag near to the remote transponder reader.
- The interface will give confirmation by sounding a 'beep' with the green led lit.
If you have inserted an invalid user code the interface will sound 5 consecutive beeps.
4. Memorising user codes remotely (using this procedure (if you possess a master code) it is possible to add a new keypad /
transponder tag user without directly accessing the interface).
Keypad function
- Type the master code into the keypad and press " ".
The remote user code memorisation procedure will be activated with a time maximum of 30 seconds.
The keypad beeps and the red and green leds light up. The green led switches off and the function is active.
- Type the new code to memorise into the keypad (max. 6 digits) and press confirm " ".
- The keypad will sound a two-second long beep with the green led lit. The code has been accepted.
- Within 13 seconds of confirming the code press one or more functions A-B-C-D in sequence (e.g. A-C).
- Press " " and the interface will give confirmation by sounding a beep. The code was accepted and the functions assigned
(using this procedure it is possible to add a new keypad / transponder reader user code).
