STEP 3:
MAKE SURE SUPPORT BRACKET LOWER MOUNTING PLATES ARE POSITIONED WITH THE
FASTENERS AND NUTS IN THE SLOTS AS INDICATED, (See Figure 3) TIGHTEN FASTENERS
SECURELY.
