The vacuum cleaner comes with
various nozzles designed for a
range of uses. Where required,
before or during vacuuming, each
nozzle can be attached to the suc-
tion hose handle (14) or the teles-
copic tube (15).
Floor nozzle

You will work with the floor nozz-
le (16) most of the time as it is de-
signed for large, flat surfaces.
Best vacuuming results are achie-
ved when you adapt the appliance
to the floor surface using the foot
selector switch (17).
Select this position for short-pile or
smooth floors such as needle felt,
PVC, parquet or tiles.

Select this position for deep-pile
carpets.
The foot selector switch can also
be readjusted during operation.
Depending on the floor covering
and degree of dirtiness, you can
adjust the suction force using the
suction force control unit (4) (see
section „Setting the suction force"
on page EN-18).
