10.1 Bedienung und Druckeinstellung / Operation and pressure setting
Die Sonderausführung Vereinzelung bietet die Möglichkeit,
bei stark durchsaugenden Materialien die 2. Lage bereits
vor dem Abheben der Last abzustoßen. Sie wird wie folgt in
Betrieb genommen:
Inbetriebnahme
1.
Mit Schlitzschraubendreher Drosselschraube (1)
zudrehen (Rechtsdrehung)
2.
Über Anschluss (2) (8/6-Schlauch) Druckluft
anlegen
3.
Drosselschraube (1) langsam öffnen, bis
gewünschter Abstoßeffekt erzielt wird
Diese Einstellung kann nicht werkseitig vorgenommen
werden, sie muss individuell auf die zu hebenden Materialien
abgestimmt werden!
Druckluftanschluss
Die Druckluftansteuerung erfolgt über Anschluss (2).
Die Druckluft wird dabei über ein 3/2-Wege-Ventil geschaltet.
Dieses Ventil ist nicht im Lieferumfang des Greifers
enthalten. Geeignetes Zubehör siehe Unten.
Funktionsbeschreibung Vereinzelung
Greifer auf Werkstück (Platte) aufsetzen mit einer
Pressung der Dichtplatte von min. 40 %. Einschalten des
Saugimpulses und nach einer Ansaugzeit von ca. 0,5 bis
1,0 sec wenige Millimeter anheben. Erst dann den
Vereinzelungsimpuls starten. Während der Vereinzelungszeit
weiter anheben. Durch den Einbau des Ventils kann der
Vereinzelungsimpuls kurz nach dem Abstoßen der 2. Lage
wieder abgeschaltet werden. Der Vereinzelungsimpuls darf
nur sehr kurz erfolgen, sonst besteht die Gefahr, dass die
Dichtplatte an dieser Stelle zerstört wird. Der kurze Impuls
reicht aus, damit die untere Lage sich von der oberen
abschält.
Hinweis:
Bei einigen Greifern werden 2 Stk. Drosselschrauben
verwendet.
Die Vereinzelungsfunktion ist für die Ventiltechnik SVK und
SW erhältlich.

The special design with separation offers the option of
pushing away the 2nd layer of highly permeable materials
even before lifting them. It is started up as follows:
Start of operations
This setting cannot be made at the factory because it must
be adapted to the individual materials being lifted.
Compressed air connection
The compressed air is controlled using connection (2).
The compressed air is switched using a 3/2-way valve. This
valve is not included in the equipment delivered with the
gripper. For suitable accessories, see below.
Description of functions: Separation
compressing the sealing plate at least 40 %. Switch on the
suction pulse and raise the workpiece a few millimeters after
an evacuation time of approx. 0.5 to 1.0 sec. Do not start the
separation pulse until then. Continue lifting during the
separation period. Installing the valve allows the separation
pulse to be switched off just after the 2nd layer is separated.
The separation pulse can only run for a very brief period;
otherwise there is a risk of destroying the sealing plate. A
brief pulse is sufficient to separate the lower layer from the
upper layer.
Note:
Two valve screws are used for some grippers.
The separation function is available for SVK and SW valve
technology.

Tighten valve screw (1) using a flathead screwdriver
(clockwise direction).
2.
Apply the compressed air using connection (2) (8/6
hose).
3.
Slowly loosen valve screw (1) until you have
achieved the necessary separation effect.
