Left-hand handlebar switch (fig. 11)
1) Dip switch, two-position light selector switch:
position
= low beam headlight on;
position
= high beam headlight on.
2) Button
= three-position turn signal:
centre position = off;
position
= left turn;
position
= right turn.
To reset turn indicators, switch returns to central position,
push in.
3) Button
= horn.
4) Button
= high beam flasher.

Clutch lever (fig. 11)
Lever (5) disengages the clutch. It features an adjuster
knob (6) to alter the distance of the lever from the twistgrip
on handlebar.
Lever distance is adjusted by 10 clicks of the knob (6).
Turn the knob clockwise to move the lever away from
twistgrip, or counter clockwise to move it closer.
When the lever (5) is operated, drive from the engine to
the gearbox and the rear wheel is disengaged. Correct use
of the clutch lever is very important in all riding situations,
especially when moving off.
Warning
Adjustment of clutch and brake lever must be carried
out when motorcycle is stopped.
Important
Using the clutch properly will prolong the life of the
engine and prevent any damage to components in the
transmission.
Notes
The engine can be started with the side stand down
and the gearbox in neutral. If starting with a gear engaged,
pull the clutch lever (in this case the side stand must
be up).
