사용상의 주의
5-1 파악력과 회전속도의 관계
최대 정적파악력
PAC 척은 공급된 에어 압력을 파악력으로 변
환합니다. 따라서 '허용 최대 에어 압력 공급시'
의 파악력이 '최대 정적파악력'이 됩니다.
최대 정적파악력은 정지시의 파악력으로 급유
의 상태,사용 그리스,죠의 높이등에 의해 차이
가 있습니다. 따라서 사양표의 최대 정적파악
력은 아래상태에서 측정한 값입니다.
(1) 탑-죠는 삼천리 표준 소프트 죠를 사용할
때, 소프트 죠 면상높이(척 표면부터 소프
트죠 상면 까지의 높이)의 1/2 위치에서
파악력 게이지로 측정한 치수입니다.
(2) 그리스는 효율을 높일 수 있는 윤활제를 사
용합니다.
(3) 탑-죠 체결볼트의 체결 토크는 선정 토크
에 맞게 하십시오.(Page 12 참조)
(4) 플런져 추력은 허용최대 추력입니다.

5-1 Relation of total gripping
force and speed
Maximum static grip force
The PAC chuck converts supplied air
pressure into gripping force. Therefore,
the gripping force at 'when the
maximum allowable air pressure is
supplied' becomes the 'maximum
static gripping force'.
The static grip force will vary depending
on the condition of lubrication, the
brand of grease, the height of top jaw
and other factors. Our standard
values written in the above specification
table are based on the following
conditions.
(1) With SAMCHULLY standard soft
top jaw used, the values of grip
force are measured with jaw
force tester at mid point of soft
jaw height(from chuck surface to
upper soft jaw face) as shown in
Fig.00.
(2) SAMCHULLY chuck grease is
lubricationfor obtaining the
maximum efficiency of the chuck.
(3) Mounting bolts of top jaw are
tightened with specified torque.
(See page 12)
(4) The wedge plunger input force is
maximum permissible input force.

因此， "提供最大允许气压时" 的夹持力
变为 "最大静态夹持力" 。
最大的静态夹持力指的是停止时的夹持
力， 根据加油的状态、 使用的黄油和夹爪
的高度等有所差异. 因此, 技术参数表中
的最大静态夹持力是在如下情况下测定
的数值.
(1)顶爪指的是使用三千里机械公司标
(2) 黄油指的是能够提高效率的滑剂.
(3)顶爪拧紧螺检的拧紧扭矩请选定适
(4) 柱塞的推力是允许的最大推力.
