SAFETY INFORMATION (cont'd)
• Do not open the case while the test leads are connected to the
circuit or while the meter is on. Damage to the meter can result.
• Do not change the position of the selector switch when the test
leads are connected to a component or circuit. Damage to the
meter can result.
• Do not attempt to repair this test instrument. It contains no
user-serviceable parts.
• Do not expose meter to extremes in temperature or high humidity.

manual.
Failure to observe these precautions may result in minor injury and/or
damage to this instrument.
• Use only properly rated fuses when replacement is necessary.

• Replace weak or discharged batteries as soon as either of these
conditions is detected.
• This meter is not equipped with an EMI shield. Using this meter in
areas with high-frequency fields nearby may cause inaccurate
readings.
