Max Link Speed
Select Auto, Gen1, Gen2, or Gen3 to set the PEG Max Link Speed.
PEG 0:1:2
Enable Root Port
Select Enable to activate the Root Port. The options are Disabled,
Enabled, and Auto.

This feature will enable/disable the SA GMM device. The options are
Disabled and Enabled.
