Dual image function is "On" or "Off", default is off.
The horizontal width of vice image, and the minimum value is 204,
maximum value is "the current resolution width".
The vertical height of auxiliary image, and the minimum value is 48,
maximum value is "the current resolution height".
The horizontal coordinates for top-left corner of auxiliary image in
"output resolution window".
The vertical coordinates for top-left corner of auxiliary image in "output
