Water Resistant Cover Kit for
Series 1000: CT/LC-WPK
The Crestron
cover for a mounted panel. There are four covers per kit. When properly installed the cover
prevents liquids and other air-born materials from settling directly onto the panel, but does not
interfere with regular usage of the unit.
No tools are required to install the CT/LC-WPK cover; a silicone rubber adhesive is provided.
The panel must be properly setup (i.e., cleaned and connected to the network) as outlined in
the Series 1000 Operations & Installation Guide prior to installing the cover. Complete the
steps listed adjacent to the diagram for installation.
MOUNTING
SURFACE
WARNING: Silicone rubber adhesive is an irritant to skin, eyes, and respiratory tract. Skin and eye
protection required. Avoid repeated or prolonged contact. Good ventilation is required.
WARNING: To avoid shock hazard and possible damage to the unit, never install a touchpanel where it
may be exposed to rain or very high humidity. This kit is designed to resist water (eg. protect unit from
wet hands) and in no way provides waterproof protection.
