For long term storage (more than a few weeks) it is best to clean the unit and dry it out completely:
1. Unplug the unit and remove exhaust hose and window kit.
2. Drain the remaining water from the unit
3. Clean the filter and let the filter dry completely
4. Collect the power cord at the water tank
5. Re-install the filter in its position
6. The unit must be kept in upright position when in storage
7. To preserve the unit, keep in a dry, well ventilated space indoors.
Note: the evaporator has to be completely dried out to avoid component damage and mould. Unplug the unit and
leave in a dry open area for a few days to completely dry it out.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Inspection
 Check the power connection in
securely.
 Check if the water level indicator
lights up?
 Check the room temperature.
 Check the air filter for dirt.
 Check if the air duct is blocked.
 Check if the room door or window is
open.
 Check if the desired operating mode
is selected and the temperature is
properly set.
 The exhaust hose is detached.
 Overflow while moving the unit.
 Check if the drain hose is kinked or
bends.
 Check if the unit is securely
positioned.
 Check if any loose, vibrating parts.
 Noise sounds like water flowing.
 Communication faults between main
PCB and display PCB.
 Ambient temperature sensor failure
 Coil temperature sensor failures.
 Condensate water high level alarm.
Solution
 Insert the power cord securely into the wall
Outlet.
 Empty the drain pan by remove the rubber
plug.
 The range of operating temperature is 5-
35℃.
 Clean the air filter as necessary.
 To clear the obstacle.
 Keep the door and windows closed.
 Set the mode and temperature at proper set-
point according the manual.
 Make sure the exhaust hose is securely
attached.
 Empty the water tank before transport.
 Straighten the hose to avoid a trap existing.
 Place the unit on horizontal and firm ground.
 Secure and tight the parts.
 Noise comes from flowing refrigerant. This is
normal.
 Check the wire harness of the display PCB for
damage.
 Check connection or replace it. To clean or
replace the temperature sensor.
 Check connection or replace it. To clean or
replace the temperature sensor.
 Empty the drain pan by removal the rubber
plug.
