TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have any trouble operating this unit please see the table below for simple
instructions on how to solve many common problems. Never attempt to open or
service the unit and refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

Power supply failure
Water-full and the icon lit.
Ambient Temperature is too
low.
The room temperature is
lower than the set
temperature in cooling mode
or higher temperature in
heating mode
There is direct sunlight in the
room.
The doors and windows are
open, the room is crowded
or there are other heat
sources
Dirty filters
Air inlet or air outlet clogged
The unit has been placed on
an uneven surface.
Initiation of overheat
protection.
Too Far
The remote control signal
not aimed at receptor on
unit.
The batteries are low
Room temperature sensor
failure
Tube temperature sensor
failure
Anti-Frost protection
Water tank is full
Connect the unit to a live socket
and turn it on.
Drain the water in the unit.
It is recommended to use this
unit between 7-40°C
Change the set temperature
Close the window curtains /
blinds
Close the door and window,
remove other heat sources, and
/ or add new air-conditioners
Clean the filter mesh
Remove the obstruction
Put the unit at a flat and firm
surface (may reduce noise)
Wait until the temperature
drops, the unit will re-start
automatically
Bring the remote control close
to the air-conditioner and
ensure aimed at signal receptor
on unit.
Replace the batteries
Check the room temperature
sensor and related circuits
Check the tube temperature
sensor and related circuits
Functions automatically resume
once anti-frost protection has
completed.
Drain the condensate tank and
re-start the unit
