Technical Manual & Parts Lists Thumbwheels The first thumbwheel (#1) on the left sets the stitch count for the SLOW START feature after the last ruffle. This reduces the sewing speed for a few stitches to help the material feed to the puller before the machine goes to high speed. The stitch count equals twice the number shown on the thumbwheel. -
