L2TP Settings
User Name
Enter the username assigned by an ISP.
Password:
Enter the password assigned by an ISP.
Service IP Address:
provided by an ISP.
Connection ID:
Enter the connection ID provided by an
ISP (optional).
MTU
Enter the maximum transmission unit (MTU). The
MTU specifies the largest packet size (Default: 1460) per-
mitted for an internet transmission. The MTU size can be
set between 512 and 1492.
Type
Configure the connection type between the router
and the ISP. Choose between Keep Connection,
Automatic Connection or Manual Connection.
Idle Timeout
Configure the maximum amount of time, in
minutes, allowed for inactive Internet connection. The
Internet connection will be dropped when the maximum
idle time is reached. Valid values are between one and
one thousand.
Click Apply to save the settings or Cancel to discard the
changes.
