- Page 3 ASSEMBLY Tools needed: - Socket wrench set - Power Drill and bit set 1) Disassembly required prior to mounting. Open door on faceplate. To do this, door must be slightly lifted and opened to the service position (105º) (See FIGURE A) 2) Remove 6 nuts that secure the faceplate to backpan and remove faceplate.
- Page 4 CLAMP ASSEMBLY NOTE: Middle Atlantic Products provides a clamp for use on non-rackmount equipment. On equipment that is rackmounted, clamp is not required and can be discarded. Choose a desired location for clamp and assemble clamp to ears using screws and nuts provided (See FIGURE D).
- Page 5 GROUNDING AND BONDING Protective Earth Terminals (PET) are located in backpan of the wall rack. These terminals are marked with the symbol Wall rack parts, center section and door, contain or are provided with bonding points for connection to the backpan / PET. Protective earth and bonding connections shall be in accordance with Article 250 of the National Electric Code.
