Troubleshooting

If a problem has occurred, investigate it by referring first to the table below. If the problem still
persists, please disconnect the power plug and contact an authorized service center (as
described in the warranty) for a check or repair.
Symptom
The clean sign remains red even
when the operation continues.
Automatic operation cannot be
stopped.
The clean sign remains blue even
when the air is dirty.
Polluted air is difficult to be
removed.
The air volume is small.
The odor from the product is
unpleasant.
The water amount in the tray
does not decrease.
While the humidifying indicator
is lit, the product does not
humidify.
The humidity does not increase.
There is condensation inside
the tray.

Please check the following:
The indicator may illuminate red when the product is exposed to
steam in the bathroom or vapor emitted from sprayers.
When the sand is flying in the air.
Is the dirt sensor dirty? (P.33)
Under the setting of [
not detected, the product will operate corresponding to the ambient
humidity.

→ Clean it. If the symptom persists, replace it with the new one.

Has it ever used in a room with strong smells?
If the product is used in a room where people smoke or barbecue,
a shorter replacement cycle of filters may be required. (P.33)
