To use the network monitor, you need to restart the system after the installation. It is recommended
to install the network monitor before a failure occurs.
From the [Start] menu, select [Control Panel] and click [Add/Remove Windows Programs].

The [Add/Remove Windows Programs] dialog box appears.
Click [Add/Remove Windows Components].

The [Windows Components Wizard] dialog box appears.
Select the [Management and Monitoring Tools] on [Components] and click [Details...] at

Check the [Network Monitor Tools] check box on the [Subcomponents of Management
