Your new Aseptico ALU-40TC Lamp is one of the finest operating lights available to the dental and medical professions. The ALU-40TC uses an LED light source which provides brilliant white light, reduced power consumption, and longer operating life. The universal voltage input Lamp operates from 100VAC to 240VAC, 50 and 60Hz, and it provides an auxillary DC input that allows 12V and 24V battery operation in the field. -
Page 4: Safety Precautions
All repairs to the LED Assembly, Boom Arm, and Power Supply are to be performed by authorized Aseptico service personnel only. WARNING: Do not install where there is a risk of an explosion. The ALU-40TC is not intended for operation in the presence of flammable anesthetics or gases. CAUTION: Connect AC power supply mains cable to a properly grounded outlet only. - Page 5 TABLE CLAMP Adjustable, up to 1.5" (3.81 cm) Max. Open Remove the ALU-40TC Lamp Assembly IMPORTANT: The table or support and accessory pouch from the carrying structure must be strong enough to safely case. OPERATION: After the ALU-40TC Lamp has been set up, Fig. 4 - Illumination Controls the unit is ready to operate: Ensure that the protective Lens Cover is BRIGHTER BEAM mounted onto the front of the Lamp Head WIDER BEAM (see Figure 4). -

Replacement Kit, PN: AA-40LK, from Aseptico. Follow these steps to replace Fig. 6 - Beam Adjustment the Lens (see Figure 5): a) Turn ALU-40TC power Off and unplug Lamp from power source. 28" (71 cm) b) Pull Lens Cover (461936) off the front of Lamp Head to expose the Fresnel Approx. - Page 9 Reinstall the Fuse Holder.
