Possible causes for the Novexx Solutions LA-SO print head not applying labels automatically and requiring manual assistance after the machine is turned on include:

- The safety functions may not be working properly and need to be checked before starting production.
- There may be visible damage to the machine that affects label application.
- A fault during label feeding could be preventing automatic operation.
- The time limit for the swivel arm movement in the ALS92x menu may be set incorrectly, causing improper label placement.
- The vacuum or compressed air system that holds and applies the label may not be functioning correctly.
- Required mechanical adjustments may not have been made after switching on the machine.

Each of these areas should be inspected and corrected as needed.
