The device does not turn on
1.After the device is connected to the power supply, the power indicator light and
switch bu on indicator light do not light up. What should I do?
It may be that the device is not turned on, the power adapter is loose or faulty. Please check from the following aspects:
Confirm that the device's power bu on is pressed and the device is turned on.
Confirm that the indicator light on the power adapter is steady on and all connections are fully inserted.
Try using another good-quality 12V/3A power adapter to test. If the device powers on normally, the power adapter is faulty.
No video output or only one output video.
2.After connected to the KVM switch, my desktop source can only display on one
monitor, or when only one monitor is connected, my desktop can't stream any video.
What should I do?
It may be caused by incorrect wiring or adapter cable. Please check from the following aspects:
HDMI input (1A or 2A) of the device only corresponds to monitor A, and HDMI input (1B or 2B) only corresponds to monitor B.
Therefore, both inputs need to be connected for dual-screen applications, and corresponding connections for single-screen
applications.
When your desktop only has one HDMI port and the other is DP port, please check if you have used a DP to HDMI conversion cable.
Please note this kind of cable is always unidirectional, so make sure to use an DP to HDMI cable, rather than a HDMI to DP cable.
Check the desktop's graphics card driver and update to the latest version.
Connect the desktop directly to the monitor to check whether the picture can be produced normally.
3.The two connected monitors display the images of the two host PCs respectively,
instead of displaying the images of the same PC at the same time. What should I do?
This problem is caused by incorrect DIP switch mode se ings on the front panel of the host. Please make sure the DIP switch is
in the KVM mode:
KVM Mode:
Two monitors and all USB peripherals work with one of the PCs at the same time. You can press the front switch
bu on to switch between 2 PCs.
USB Mode:
Monitor A only outputs video from the source connected to HDMI input 1A; Monitor B only outputs video from the
source connected to HDMI input 2A. You can press the switch bu on to switch all USB peripherals between 2 PCs.
The video output is unstable
4. The video output is unstable, and the screen flickers. What should I do?
It may be due to the quality of the cable. Please check from the following aspects:
Check if HDMI cables are included in the package. If yes, please make sure to use the included ones. If not, please check the
quality of HDMI cables you used, and try replacing them if they don't work.
Enter the computer's display se ings and try reducing the resolution and refresh rate to see if stability can be improved.
If you need to output videos with high resolution or high-refresh rate, try replacing the cables with certified HDMI 2.0-compliant
ones.
