Answering the Phone

 Pick up the handset
 Press the answer soft key.
 If you have a headset, press the headset button.
 If you prefer speakerphone, press the speakerphone button
To Answer a second call:
1. While on a call, a second call is seen on the screen and you will hear a brief ring sound.
2. Press the Answer soft key at bottom of Soft Key display window
3. First call will be placed on hold automatically
4. Use the Navigation Key to move between calls and the Select
5. Key or Soft Key to select active call.
To go back to the first call:
1. Use the Navigation Key to highlight the first call,
2. Then press the soft key labeled RESUME or the Select key

Voicemail

From your phone:
1. Press the envelope (left side of dial pad)
2. Tap Message Center
3. Enter your passcode and press #.
From any phone in the office:
1. Dial your extension or DID# and wait for the voice mail to pick up.
2. Press *
3. Enter your passcode and press #.
From an outside phone:
1. Dial your direct phone number and wait for your voice mail to pick up.
2. Press *
3. Enter your extension
4. Enter your pin follow by the #
Enables you to place and receive calls using the
speakerphone. The key glows green when
activated.
Mutes local audio during calls and conferences.
The key glows red when activated.
Adjust the volume of the handset, headset,
speaker, and phone's ringer.
Transmits sound to other phones.
