Model: 2295-10PR (9694-010) 95 Ton (86 Metric Ton) Alligator Axle Jack PREPARATION PRIOR TO FIRST USE GENERAL INSPECTION If the jack is crated, uncrate and remove shipping straps or packing material. Inspect for physical damage and missing parts. BLEED PROCEDURE Loosen hydraulic line at base of cylinder. -

Model: 2295-10PR (9694-010) 95 Ton (86 Metric Ton) Alligator Axle Jack OPERATION PRE-OPERATION PROCEDURE The accumulator is shipped uncharged and must be charged before use. (See Section 7.1.1 Verify or Recharge Nitrogen Pressure in Accumulator for charging instructions). WARNING! DO NOT ATTEMPT to dis-assemble the accumulator. Perform visual inspection, by checking for oil leakage. -

Model: 2295-10PR (9694-010) 95 Ton (86 Metric Ton) Alligator Axle Jack MAINTENANCE SPECIAL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS 7.1.1 Verify or Recharge Nitrogen Pressure in Accumulator Open release valve and ensure rams are fully collapsed. Open accumulator flow control valve (Figure 3, Item 69) located under frame. Connect Nitrogen Charging Kit (P/N 9649-N or equal) to top of accumulator and charge accumulator to 225 psi maximum. -
