List of tools required:
• 5 mm Allen key
• TX 15 screwdriver
• 10 mm spanner or socket wrench
Trap door system
Read this recommendation before installing the trap door:

Follow these steps to install the unit in the door trap system:

With an angle grinder, remove rust and oxide scales from the contact sur-
face of the welding frame. Important: Keep grinding until the surface is blank.

Degrease and clean the contact surface. Use alcohol or the like.

Cover the contact surface with a layer of zinc or a similar anodic solution.
Important: Follow the guidelines on how to use the solution (in regard to dry-
ing).

When the corrosion protection is ready, mount the trap door in the welding
frame.

Make sure all bolts are surely tightened.

When mounted, carefully seal the opening between the welding frame and
the trap door to prevent moist from penetrating.

Remove the door from the trap door system by removing the two Allen
screws that hold the door
