Possible cause
Improper wiring of valve or controller
Conductivity rose over alarm limit while biocide lockout
occured
Clogged bleed line
Faulty bleed relay
Low or Low-Low Alarm
Occurs if the conductivity drops below the low conductivity alarm set points. If your unit is programmed for an
alarm relay output, the relay alarm will activate. The controller will continue to check the conductivity, and any
outputs using the conductivity well remain active.
Possible cause
Sensor disconnected
Sensor dry
Pre-bleed set too low
Bleed valve stuck open
Faulty electrode
Improper wiring of electrode
Faulty bleed relay
Output Timeout
This error condition will stop control. It is caused by the output (either relay of analog) being activated for longer
than the programmed time limit.
Possible cause
Programmed value too low for normal
conditions
Bleed flow rate too low
Bleed valve not opening
Sensor not responding
