Cause
The camera is subjected to vibration
during image acquisition.
The temperature inside the camera
head is not stabilized.
The effective data is lower 10-bit out of
16-bit file format. However, your software
does not support 16-bit format or
displays higher 8-bit out of 16-bit.
The resolution of the display is not set
appropriately.
The "large font" is selected as the font
size of the display.
Remedy
Acquire images in an environment
where the microscope and camera
are not vibrated. It is effective to use an
anti-vibration table.
Wait 2 minutes or more after starting
the software until the temperature
inside the camera head is stabilized,
and acquire the image.
Use cellSens / OLYMPUS Stream to
open the image file.
Set the resolution of the display to 1280
x 1024 or higher.
Select the "small font" as the font size
of the display.
