Problem
The colors of the image are
strange.
The noise on the live image is
noticeable.

Cause
The reference area for white balance is
not selected appropriately.
The RGB balance is not adjusted
appropriately by the manual white
balance.
The reference area for black balance is
not selected appropriately.
The "screen color" of the PC is not set
appropriately.
The color space settings (sRBG/
AdobeRGB) of the camera are different
from those of the display.
The live noise reduction function is not
working sufficiently.
Remedy
Select the area where nothing is shown
on the background as the reference
area for white balance.
Adjust the RGB balance appropriately
by the manual white balance.
Select the area where nothing is shown
on the background as the reference
area for black balance.
Set the screen color of the PC to 24-bit
color or higher. Note, the 32-bit color is
recommended.
Set the color space (sRGB/AdbeRGB)
of the camera according to the display
in use.
· Move the specimen to the center of
the observation field of view.
· Bring the specimen into focus.
· Stop moving the specimen (stage).
