Delivery

INFORMATION
The drilling machine comes disassembled due to packaging reasons. Before commissioning,
the drilling machine has to be assembled. It is delivered in a transport box. After the unpacking
and the transportation to the installation site it is necessary to mount and assemble the individ-
ual components of the machine.
Check the status of the machine immediately upon receipt and claim possible damages at the
last carrier also if the packing is not being damaged. In order to ensure claims towards the
freight carrier we recommend you to leave the machines, devices and packing material for the
time being in the status at which you have determined the damage or to take photos of this sta-
tus. Please inform us about any other claims within six days after receipt of delivery.
The machine can be raised with a lift
truck or forklift truck underneath the
packing case.
3.3

Unpacking

Install the machine close to its final position before unpacking. If the packaging shows signs of
having possibly been damaged during transport, take the appropriate precautions to prevent
the machine being damaged when unpacking. If damage is discovered, the carrier and/or ship-
per must be notified immediately so the necessary steps can be taken to register a complaint.
Examine the complete machine carefully and check whether all materials, such as shipping
documents, instructions and accessories have been delivered with the machine.

Assembly

WARNING!
Danger of crushing when assembling and installing the machine components.
The drilling machine must be installed by at least 2 people, because various elements
and individual parts have to be sustained and joined during assembly.

The following description of the assembly refers to the D26Pro drilling machine. It has been
chosen for description of the following operations because of its close similarity with the drilling-
machines.
