– Check the connection and the Input signal to see if there is signal.
– Check the batteries.
– Make sure no obstruction is between the projector and remote control.
– Make sure you are not too far from the projector when using the
remote control. Maximum operating range is 16.4' (5 m).
– Make sure that the remote control code conforms to the projector's
code. See page 55.
– Unlock the Key lock function for the remote control. See page 59.
– Wireless remote control does not work when the remote control cable
is connected to the projector.
– When the standby mode is set to "ECO", the same remote control code
should be set on both the projector and the remote control to turn the
projector on.
– Check the connection between the projector and your computer.
– Check the mouse setting on your computer.
– Turn on the projector before you turn on the computer.
– Make sure the computer input is selected.
– Make sure that the mouse driver is installed in your computer. To use the
moue as a wireless mouse, the mouse driver needs to be installed in
the computer.
– Check the status of the projector with referring to "Indicators and
Projector Condition." See pages 77-79.
– Your operation is invalid. Operate correctly.
– Unlock Key lock for the projector in the Key lock function.
– Contact the dealer where you purchased the projector or the service
center.
