The diameter of the
imported material is too
large.
There is too much
distance between the
knives and the counter
blade - the correct
distance is 0.5 mm
− Electrical problem with
the motor.
− Lack of fuel.
− No or insufficient oil in
the engine.

Solution
− Replace or sharpen blades and
counter blade. Note that the
knives are sharpened on both
sides so that they can be
reversed.
− Switch off the engine and
remove the oversized branch.
− Adjust the gap between the
blades and counter blade by
adjusting the counter blade in
the slots.
Make sure that:
− Wires are properly fastened
and that bolts are tightened.
− Deactivate the emergency stop
(by turning the knob).
− Check oil and fuel level.
− Switch off the engine, remove
the spark plug cap and turn
the rotor counterclockwise.
Use a wooden stick to rotate
the rotor and to remove the
material from the rotor and
the hopper.
If necessary, remove the bearing
housing cover and turn the rotor
shaft with a wrench.
If necessary, remove the hopper
or the output pipe for better
access to the rotor.
Check the sharpness of blades
and counter blade and replace
them if necessary.
