ASSEMBLY
The assembly instructions are the same for all models in this manual.
(The figures on pages 12–13 show model BH500.)
Because of the machine's weight, it is recommended that unpacking and assembly is carried out by
two people.
1.
Check that all parts are included in the delivery (the material list applies to model BH500)
1 grassland harrow frame with harrow mat
4 stabilised hinges
1 hydraulic cylinder
2 stabiliser rods
2 cylinder brackets - left and right
1 chain to secure side sections
2 hydraulic hoses.

Assembly of stabilised hinges: See figure below

Fold down the side sections, raise the three-point attachment and fit 2 stabiliser rods.
Tighten all bolts.
•
Raise side sections. Warning! Ensure that a side section cannot fall during assembly. It
is important for the side sections to be secured when they are raised. Risk of crushing!

Remove the bolt, mount the stabilised hinge and then replace the bolt. Do not tighten
the bolt too hard.
•
The stabilised hinges are mounted on the outer raising brackets.
