Solutions
Refit the comb using the procedure.
Re-tighten the comb.
Check the gap on the ball and socket
and contact the dealer if necessary.
Replace the broken rod.
Contact your dealer.
Recharge the battery
Re-connect the machine.
Contact your dealer.
Use a top to bottom comb movement
on the tree.
Recharge the battery.
