Type location number (000-999)
Type the phone number
Press HOLD key
Type the name using the keypad
Press HOLD key

TO EDIT DIRECTORY

Type location number you wish to edit (000-999)
If the phone number is to be edited, type in the new number, if no proceed to next step
Press HOLD key
If the name is to be edited, type in the new name

Type location number of the entry you wish to delete
