Start Training

1. Wear the WearLink and the wrist unit.
2. Press OK and select
pressing OK.
To modify sound, heart rate view or other training
settings before starting the training session, select
Training Settings . See Settings for more
information.
Your training session is recorded only when
recording for more than one minute.

Start . Start recording by
