▸ To view the individual recipe steps, open the overview of the steps in the left content
pane of the display. Select «1. Step». The overview of the steps opens and information
on each step such as the application, temperature and operating time can be viewed.
The action information contains instructions on what actions need to be taken.
▸ To start the recipe from a particular step, select that step or action and confirm with
«OK». That step is applied to the ready to start screen and the recipe can be started
as usual by touching «Start».
▸ A recipe can be started from any step, i.e. steps can be skipped.
If you want to start the recipe from a later step, select the action before it to get in-
formation about shelf position.
There are steps and actions. Steps are preheating or cooking steps, actions are in-
structions on what actions need to be taken.

If you want to set a delayed start for a recipe that does not require preheating, the
first action step must be skipped. This only indicates in which shelf position the
food should be put. As it has to be confirmed with «OK», this step must be
skipped for a delayed start.
Proceed as follows:
▸ Choose a recipe.
▸ Set a delayed start (see page 19).
▸ Select «2. step» in the overview of steps and confirm with «OK».
– The recipe is now ready to start and starts from the second step when the delayed
start is up.
While the recipe is running
While the recipe is running, it may be necessary to open the appliance door, e.g. to turn
the food over or to put in more food. In such an instance, operation is paused and the
display shows instructions on what to do next.
To continue the recipe, proceed as follows:
▸ Open the appliance door.
▸ Carry out the action, e.g. turn over food.
▸ Close the appliance door and confirm the message with «OK».
– The recipe will continue to run.
