4.The manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations if the product does not have a passport identification
plate, or the data in it is erased or corrected.
5.This warranty is valid only for the products used for personal household needs and does not apply to
products that are used for commercial, industrial or professional purposes.
Attention!! The manufacturer shall not be liable for any harm directly or indirectly caused by the POLARIS
product to people, pets, the environment, or property damage if this occurs as a result of non-compliance with
the rules or conditions of use and installation of the product, intentional or reckless actions of the consumer or
third parties.
