PLC Run Flag OFF
The PC Link Unit's switch set-
tings are incorrect.
An error occurred in the PLC
in which the affected Unit is
mounted.
The PLC is stopped.
PC Link Error Flag
The PC Link Unit's switch set-
ON
tings are incorrect.
The cable is disconnected or
damaged.
An error occurred in the
affected Unit.
A communications error
occurred due to noise.

Check settings such as the level/link number, node address, and
number of LR bits.
Confirm that the PC Link Unit's node address is not set on another
node in the PC Link.
Confirm that all of the nodes in the PC Link have the same level/
link number setting.
Refer to the PLC's Operating Manual to clear the error.
If the error recurs, replace the PLC.
Switch the PLC to RUN mode.
Check settings such as the level/link number, node address, and
number of LR bits.
Confirm that the PC Link Unit's node address is not set on another
node in the PC Link.
Check the connections and the cable itself.
Check the affected Unit's LED Indicators, identify the error using
the table in 5-1 Troubleshooting with LED Indicators, and correct
the error.
Check the length of the branch lines and main line.
Check the Terminating Resistance switch settings.
Separate the communications cables from power/high voltage
lines.
