If you have made any changes in your network settings and
turning your network device's Wi-Fi off and on does not help, try
to restart your network device.
You may need to turn the Wi-Fi settings from on to off, and back
to on again and apply the changes.
If you are still unable to access your Verizon Internet Gateway,
you may need to try connecting to the Verizon Internet Gateway
using another network device. If the issue goes away with
another network device, the issue is likely with that individual
network device's configuration.

ACCESSING YOUR VERIZON INTERNET GATEWAY IF
YOU ARE LOCKED OUT
If your Verizon Internet Gateway connection is lost while making
configuration changes, a setting that locks access to your
Verizon Internet Gateway's UI may have inadvertently been
activated.
The common ways to lock access to your Verizon Internet Gateway
are:
Scheduler - If a schedule has been created that applies
to the computer over the connection being used, your
Verizon Internet Gateway will not be accessible during the times
set in the schedule.
Access Control - If the access control setting for the
computer is set to block the computer, access to your
Verizon Internet Gateway is denied.
