Restore Options
You can restore your configuration settings to your Verizon Internet
Gateway factory default settings. Restoring the default settings
erases the current configuration, including user defined settings
and network connections. All connected DHCP clients must request
new IP addresses. Your Verizon Internet Gateway must restart.
Prior to restoring the factory defaults, you may want to save your
current configuration to a file. This allows you to reapply your
current settings and parameters to the default settings, as needed.
Note:
When restoring defaults, the setting and parameters of your
Verizon Internet Gateway are restored to their default values. This
includes the administrator password. A user-specified password will
no longer be valid.
