To restore your Verizon Internet Gateway's factory default settings:
1. Select Factory Reset Factory Reset in the System
2. Click Factory Default Factory Default.
• Default Settings – will erase all router settings including Default Settings
user settings for SSID and Passwords.
• Default Settings except current user settings – will erase Default Settings except current user settings
all router settings but will retain the user settings for SSID
and passwords.
3. Click Restore configuration Restore configuration button. The factory default
settings are applied and your Verizon Internet Gateway
restarts. Once complete, the Login page for the First Time
Easy Setup Wizard displays.
