The device consists of a compact housing with three antennas (multi, LRR and LTE diversity) and two connections (service access and charging port). When the device is installed and configured, it can connect MSA devices to the internet or intranet and transfer data. The status LEDs show the respective connection status.

4 Before Operation NOTICE • Do not open the device while charging. Otherwise, the device may be damaged. • Charge the battery in a temperature range between 0 °C to +40 °C. Otherwise, the device may be damaged. • Charge the battery completely before each use. The device is equipped with a safety temperature monitoring system, which enables charging only within a temperature range between 0 °C and +40 °C.
• When radio connection is lost between the HUB and the BA set, the Entry Control Board displays estimated information. Follow local rules to interact with the monitored BA wearers for status updates. Failure to follow these warnings can result in serious personal injury or death.
