• Before using your appliance for the first time –
Remove any packing materials and protective film from
your appliance.
• The controls respond to touch. You don't need to apply
any pressure.
• Use the ball of your finger, not the tip.
• A beep sounds each time a touch is registered.
• Make sure that the controls are clean, dry, and that there
is no object, such as a utensil or a cloth, covering them.
• Even a thin film of water may make the controls difficult
to operate.
To start cooking
1. Place your hob on a flat, heat resistant surface.
2. Plug in your hob.
• A beep will be heard.
3. Touch and hold
• The indicator light above this button
4. Place the appropriate cookware (see "CHOOSING THE RIGHT COOKWARE")
on the desired cooking zone.
• Make sure the bottom of the cookware and the surface of the cooking
zone are clean and dry.
5. Repeatedly touch

OPERATION

for about 2 seconds to switch on the hob.
