Accessing the Change settings menu

Proceed as follows to access the 'Change settings' menu:
1. Press the Key-operator key to enter the Key-operator mode.
2. On the Key-operator main menu, press the Down key, followed by the
Confirm key to select 'Change settings'.
The 'Change settings' menu is displayed:
3. Press the Escape key to return to the Key-operator main menu.
4. Press the Escape key to quit the Key-operator mode.
When the printer settings have been changed, the 'Accept changes'
window is displayed:
5. Do one of the following:
• Press the Confirm key (YES) if you wish to accept the changed settings.
Proceed with step 6.
• Press the Escape key (NO) if you want to quit the procedure without
any changes.
6. Each time the settings have been changed and confirmed, an automatic
back-up of the old configuration is made on the internal media.
7. When the automatic backup is finished, you will also be asked to create a
backup of the new settings on an external USB flash drive.
Note:
Before you can change the settings, the 'Printer installation
wizard' should be executed. If the printer has not yet been
installed, the following screen is displayed:
Note: This menu is the starting point for changing the
printer settings.
