  • Page 5 Step 1 å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. å Turn twelve CAM SCREWS (1) into the TOP (D), DRAWER FRONT (N), and FILE DRAWER FRONT (T). (12 used) Page 5...
  • Page 6 Step 2 å Push twelve HIDDEN CAMS (2) into the LEFT BACK (L), DRAWER SIDES (O and P), DRAWER BRACE (S), and FILE DRAWER SIDES (U and V). Arrow (12 used) Arrow Hole The arrow in the HIDDEN CAM must point toward the hole in the edge of the board.

    Step 3 å NOTE: Position the parts exactly as shown. å Fasten the RIGHT EXTENSION RAIL and SLIDE (16) to the EXTENSION BLOCK (M) and UPRIGHT (F). Use two 3/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (10) through the RIGHT EXTENSION RAIL and SLIDE, through the EXTENSION BLOCK, and into the UPRIGHT.
  • Page 8 Step 4 å NOTE: Position the parts exactly as shown. å Fasten the LEFT EXTENSION RAIL and SLIDE (15) to the LEFT Some assembly END (E). Use two GOLD 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (9). (and snacks) required. å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram.
  • Page 9 Step 5 å Flip the UPRIGHT (F) over. å Separate the WIDE EXTENSION SLIDES (18) from the WIDE EXTENSION RAILS (17) as shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy. å Fasten the WIDE EXTENSION RAILS (17) to the UPRIGHT (F) and RIGHT END (G). Use four GOLD 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (9).

    Step 8 å Fasten the FRAMES (A, B, and C) to the TOP (D). Tighten six 1-3/16" HEX HEAD SCREWS (3) using the L-WRENCH (19). å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. The METAL PINS must be here.
