INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Gas Bratt Pan
In order to switch on the braising pan burner, proceed in the following
way:

Turn the knob (1) from the off position

- Press the piezoelectric lighter button (2)
- Keep the knob pressed down until the thermocouple heats up,
keeping the pilot on; this can be checked through the slit on the front
