Entries on the Feed Computer
If the percentage of milk is not provided despite the setup and details being correct, the
following changes will also have to be carried out:
- - Change "Edit Box Type" to "Yes"
- - Allocate Box Type 1 to the station and save
- - Then change Box Type back to 4. "Calf Feeder" again and resave changes.
Feeding details for individual animals
The amounts of feed for the individual animal can be both entered manually in the main
menu under "Feed" and also calculated automatically using the feed graph.
The same prerequisites as described under "Setup in DP5" apply to the entry of feed quan- -
tities.
Press F3 or F4 to find out whether an animal has a current feed entitlement.
Once all the required settings have been entered and saved, the program is to be restarted by
rebooting your computer.
