MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

To increase the life of the air purifier, perform regular maintenance and
care. Before performing maintenance, be sure to shut down the air purifier
and unplug the power plug from the power source.

HEPA filters and activated carbon filters are best replaced every 3 to 6
months, depending on the use situation. High-efficiency HEPA filters,
activated carbon filters, photocatalyst filters, and pre-filters cannot be
washed.
Filter Indicator Timing
The TRIO Plus calculates the recommended replacement of the filter based
on operation time and fan speed. If the unit is run at higher speeds, the filters
will likely capture more particles, and require replacement earlier than if the
purifier was run at low speeds, filtering less air.
It is recommended that the filter kit (Pre-filter, HEPA filter, and Carbon filter)
be replaced every 6 months of operation
Replacement Parts
Cleaning of the Appliance
Clean the air purifier once a month. If the operating environment is poor,
increase the cleaning frequency.
Before cleaning, turn off the appliance and unplug from the power source.
When Cleaning or Servicing this appliance use OSHA approved safety
glasses, gloves and mask.
Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, benzene or
other chemical solvents for cleaning.
Clean Pre-Filter
It is recommended that the pre-filter screen be cleaned using a dust collector,
as shown, approximately every 1 to 3-months.
This will extend the life of the HEPA
filter and ensure the unit is running
optimally.
