1. Switch off the power supply and remove the mains plug.
2. Check that the components are piped-up correctly.
3. Close the drain valve.
4. Fill the tank with 3 l of clean mains water. The float switch must not be
mechanically actuated. The float must be in a horizontal position and cover the
reed contact.
5. Check that the piping to the component is leak-tight.
6. Remove any water spillage.
7. Connect the mains plug to 230 V AC. Switch on the power supply at the 24 V DC
power pack.
8. Check whether the LEDs of the two capacitive proximity sensors display a signal
when the tank is filled.
9. The tank is emptied if the pump delivers the liquid to the next station via the
connection in the drain pipe or if the hand valve in the drain pipe is opened and
the liquid flows into a separate container. Push an appropriate piece of piping or
tubing onto the outlet connection.
10. Open the hand valve at the outlet.
Note
Always empty the whole system completely if it is not used for an extended period of
time.
• The station is supplied with 24 V DC (max. 4.5A) via a power pack.
• Connect the safety plug of the heating element to the 230 V AC mains connection
of the FI-switch.
